- take notebook and write down affirmations 33 times (333 method) for 3 days
step by step process of manifesting: scripting
- ask: the universe about what you want (affirmation) no wish too big!!!
- believe: its already yours, let go of the how or the when, it is going to happen
- when feelings of doubt, know that it is coming
- embody those emotions when they arrive, feel them, experience the emotions as to how they feel right now
- script for a minimum of 12 minutes
- visualise: take a few breaths to centre yourself, envision, feel experience, letting go
- letting go... like at a restaurant after you order, you know that it's going to come no matter what
- express gratitude: 10 things i am grateful for
