  • affirmations
    • e.g i am so happy and grateful now that i am self confident
      • being positive in the present moment, believing i already have this
  • take notebook and write down affirmations 33 times (333 method) for 3 days

step by step process of manifesting: scripting

  • ask: the universe about what you want (affirmation) no wish too big!!!
  • believe: its already yours, let go of the how or the when, it is going to happen
  • when feelings of doubt, know that it is coming
  • embody those emotions when they arrive, feel them, experience the emotions as to how they feel right now
  • script for a minimum of 12 minutes
  • visualise: take a few breaths to centre yourself, envision, feel experience, letting go
  • letting go... like at a restaurant after you order, you know that it's going to come no matter what
  • express gratitude: 10 things i am grateful for
