aka things to avoid as much as possible

  • too much time on social media/being on social media in general sometimes for any amount of time
  • watching too many different genres of youtube videos in one day - information overload/overwhelming/sensory overload?
  • mum's negativity - whether that be direct moaning/telling off/toxic crap or even indirectly like sighing a lot
  • spending too much time writing about bad experiences and feelings
  • hearing too many of other's opinions (especially negative)
  • overcast/grey weather, especially for multiple days
  • comparing myself to others
  • reading or watching things that include psychiatry/mental health issues
  • twitter in general
  • not doing exercise (aka walking specifically) for around more than 2 days
  • not getting any fresh air for more than a day or two (at least being in the garden or going in the car even if not going for a walk)
  • going over things from the past that made me feel bad
  • not being productive for more than 2 days in a row (aka not cleaning or tidying or organizing | washing up doesn't count)
  • being reminded of things that hurt me/saddened me/gave me anxiety in the past
