- Large Bell Pepper
- Half of 1 skinless, boneless chicken thigh/breast
- 1 jalapeno, 1/8 onion, garlic
- Italian seasonings, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, onion powder
- Cheddar Cheese
- Procedures
- Chop the uncut chicken into small chunks
- Dice the vegetables.
- Saute veggies and chicken together with seasonings.
- Cut the top off the pepper. Carve out the middle of the base.
- Stuff pepper with the cooked saute mix and cheese.
