• Ingredients
    • Large Bell Pepper
    • Half of 1 skinless, boneless chicken thigh/breast
    • 1 jalapeno, 1/8 onion, garlic
    • Italian seasonings, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, onion powder
    • Cheddar Cheese
  • Procedures
    • Chop the uncut chicken into small chunks
    • Dice the vegetables.
    • Saute veggies and chicken together with seasonings.
    • Cut the top off the pepper. Carve out the middle of the base.
    • Stuff pepper with the cooked saute mix and cheese.
