- Procedures
- Chop the onion and garlic cloves into large chunks.
- Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes.
- Season the chicken well and put in pot with onion and garlic into the oven. Bake until completely cook, flip chicken as necessary.
- Boil the potato cubes until very soft.
- Strain the potatoes. Blend with butter until desired mashed texture.
- Cook (boil) the corn, add butter and seasoning as desired.
- Warm gravy.
- When chicken done, chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve as mashed potatoes with corn, chicken, and gravy on top.
