    • Italian Seasonings, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder

  • Procedures
    • Chop the onion and garlic cloves into large chunks.
    • Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes.
    • Season the chicken well and put in pot with onion and garlic into the oven. Bake until completely cook, flip chicken as necessary.
    • Boil the potato cubes until very soft.
    • Strain the potatoes. Blend with butter until desired mashed texture.
    • Cook (boil) the corn, add butter and seasoning as desired.
    • Warm gravy.
    • When chicken done, chop into bite-sized pieces.
    • Serve as mashed potatoes with corn, chicken, and gravy on top.
