*Ingredients
- Beans
- Ground meat
- Seasonings
- One Chicken bullion cube
- Onions and Garlic
- 2 cans of el pato
- Can of green chilies
- Diced or stewed tomatoes
*Cooking
- Let beans soak overnight.
- Boil beans in pot with one chicken bullion cube.
- Cut one onion and 6 cloves of garlic in the beans.
- Cook meat and add seasonings.
- When meat done, add the taco seasonings.
- Pour 2 cans of el pato, green chilies, and diced or stewed tomatoes in the meat.
- Let cook. When beans are soft and done, pour the chili in.
- Let simmer for awhile.
(Note: if the chili beans burn, cut half a potato into it to soak up the burnt flavor.)
