*Ingredients

    • White navy beans
    • Noodles
    • Ground meat
    • One chicken bullion cube
    • Carrots (Optional)
    • Taco and other seasonings
    • Stewed Tomatoes
    • Green chilies and el pato (optional)

*Cooking

    • Let beans soak overnight.

    • Boil beans in pot with one chicken bullion cube for hours.
    • Cook meat.
    • When meat close to done, add the seasonings.
    • Pour 2 cans of el pato (if spicy), green chilies, and stewed tomatoes in the meat.
    • Let cook. When beans are soft and done, pour the chili in.
    • Add water to mixture to make soupy, but not watery.
    • Add noodles (and optional carrots)to chili and continue to simmer until noodles done.
