*Ingredients
- White navy beans
- Noodles
- Ground meat
- One chicken bullion cube
- Carrots (Optional)
- Taco and other seasonings
- Stewed Tomatoes
- Green chilies and el pato (optional)
*Cooking
- Let beans soak overnight.
----
- Boil beans in pot with one chicken bullion cube for hours.
- Cook meat.
- When meat close to done, add the seasonings.
- Pour 2 cans of el pato (if spicy), green chilies, and stewed tomatoes in the meat.
- Let cook. When beans are soft and done, pour the chili in.
- Add water to mixture to make soupy, but not watery.
- Add noodles (and optional carrots)to chili and continue to simmer until noodles done.
