- Ingredients
- Rice
- Skinless, Boneless Chicken
- Sesame Sauce
- Seasonings: Italian Seasonings, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Black Pepper
- Broccoli
- Snap or snow peas
- Carrots
- Procedures
- Cut the uncooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop up the carrots.
- Boil the rice until done/softened.
- Saute the chicken
- Add vegetables and seasonings when chicken is half done or so.
- When chicken done, pour in sauce.
- Simmer for flavor.
- Serve chicken and veggies over the rice. Add a little sauce over the top if desired.
