• Ingredients
    • Rice
    • Skinless, Boneless Chicken
    • Sesame Sauce
    • Seasonings: Italian Seasonings, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Black Pepper
    • Broccoli
    • Snap or snow peas
    • Carrots
  • Procedures
    • Cut the uncooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
    • Chop up the carrots.
    • Boil the rice until done/softened.
    • Saute the chicken
    • Add vegetables and seasonings when chicken is half done or so.
    • When chicken done, pour in sauce.
    • Simmer for flavor.
    • Serve chicken and veggies over the rice. Add a little sauce over the top if desired.
