Note to Self: When I am a teacher, I shall need to stay healthy so I may be available for my students. As a mother, I need to be in good shape to always be there for them. As a potential wife to a cop, I need to be capable of keeping up with him. All this can be accomplished physically, psychologically, emotionally, and completely through simple, consistent health habits.

  • Drink more water (Especially in Arizona)
  • Exercise (At least 30 minutes a day)
    • Cardiovascular (For the Heart)
    • Toning (For the Muscles)
  • Herbal Remedies
    • Family Remedies
    • Herbal Teas (Can never harm)
      • Camomile
      • Ginseng
      • Cranberry
      • Green & White
      • Oolong
    • Oral Herbs (No more man made chemicals)
    • Spicy Veggies (4x more Vitamin C than orange juice)
  • Ingredients for a Good Meal
    • Chilies (spicy)
    • Dairy (Fat Free Milk, yogurt
      , et cetera)
    • Fruits
    • Garlic
    • Grains (rice, bread, granola, et cetera)
    • Olive Oil
    • Onions (prevents all cancers)
    • Proteins (meats, beans, so on)
    • Vegetables
  • Vitamins
    • Calcium (Every woman is at risk for Ostioperosis w/o it)
    • Continue taking 2 multi-vitamins a day
    • Fiber (For the digestive system)
    • Fish Oil/Flaxseed Oil is very good
    • Plenty of Iron (Being anemic)
    • Vitamin D (Every woman of puberty needs more for breast health)
