Note to Self: When I am a teacher, I shall need to stay healthy so I may be available for my students. As a mother, I need to be in good shape to always be there for them. As a potential wife to a cop, I need to be capable of keeping up with him. - Grains (rice, bread, granola, et cetera)
- Olive Oil
- Onions (prevents all cancers)
- Proteins (meats, beans, so on)
- Vegetables
- Vitamins
- Calcium (Every woman is at risk for Ostioperosis w/o it)
- Continue taking 2 multi-vitamins a day
- Fiber (For the digestive system)
- Fish Oil/Flaxseed Oil is very good
- Plenty of Iron (Being anemic)
- Vitamin D (Every woman of puberty needs more for breast health)
