- Lacto-Vegetarian: Doesn't consume meat or eggs, but does consume dairy.
- Centenarian: a person who lives to 100+. The two main diets are calorie restriction with intermittent fasting or high (saturated and monounsaturated) fat low-carb.
- Semi-Vegetarian: Consumes dairy, chicken, fish, and eggs.
- Low Carb: Restricting high carb foods from your diet.
- Low Calorie: Eating less throughout the day.
- Volumetrics: Eating low-density foods (like soup and veggies/fruits) and exercising. Makes you feel full, but doesn't load you up with calories.
