one thing i miss the most about america is cheddar cheese. last year my sister visited and saved her tiny piece of cheddar from the plane for me. what could i have made with my tiny cheddar?

• the smallest batch of cheese gravy.
• a 1/2 helping of homemade mac-n-cheese.
• a teeny tiny loaded new potato.
• shred it for use on a tiny taco.
• shred for use in one spoon full of chili.
• 1 sausage/cheese ball.
• 1 cheese straw.
• ..but now i have found cheddar cheese in the grocery store. i will survive.
