please don't follow if this is a major kintype that you talk about a lot. otherwise it's fine to follow
game canon, lived on liberty island as the result of a well-meaning rescue following mistreatment and repeated changing of hands by high stakes pokémon traders
- a basement is no place for a mythical pokémon sadly
got rescued by B/W protag and wasn't really caught by them but hung around with them to keep from being hurt again
ability works differently than the exact way it works in game mechanics, works more as a luck/energy/morale booster
