- start mental health care. schedule both psychologist and psychiatrist appointments and go at least once a month. take pills if needed. work hard into controlling your anxiety.
- eat healthier. you don't need to be vegan or fast, just learn to reduce things that are no good for you. you don't need to eat something just because it's there.
- exercise. again, you don't need to do it everyday. one step at a time. just find a way to sweat a bit, it's good for your body, mind and soul.
- take some time off screens. i know you're not busy at all and it's hard to keep yourself entertained, but have at least some hours a day away from your phone or computer.
- don't stress over pointless things. age, comparison, pressure, anxiety about the future... worry about those things when it's time to. just take a day at a time.
- be more tidy. with yourself and with your space. organize your room everyday and the house as well. be more responsible. don't do it to please your mom, do it because you want to. because it's your living space too.
- try harder to work harder. being less lazy is one of the hardest things for you to do, but just keep in mind that the sooner you do it, the sooner it will be over. and with no pain there's no gain.
- study something. drawing, languages, whatever, just keep something in your mind.
