- 16 ounce can of whole tomatoes (put in blender or crush)
- 1 can tomato paste or sauce
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/4 tsp. basil
- 6-7 drops of tabasco sauce
- salt, pepper, parsley (amount based on flavor)
- 1 cup Chardonnay
