1 pound hamburger
1/2 packet Beefy Onion Soup mix
1/4-1/2 cup of green peppers diced small. You want enough to flavor but not overwhelm.
You can add some onions diced small but you really don't need them with the soup mix
1 Egg
2-3 slices of bread torn into small pieces
1/4-1/2 cup ketchup
Optional: you can add garlic (1 small clove minced with garlic press or garlic powder)
Bake at 350 for about an hour
