- Stew beef - Put enough flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a plastic bag then add meat and coat.
- Put vegetable oil in stew pot and heat, brown meat then add diced onion (1).
- Add 2-4 cans of beef broth depending on how much you’re making. Stir meat and flour off bottom of the pan.
- Simmer meat slowly until tender, if it boils too fast meat may get tuff.
- Cook the vegetables in order of what takes the longest to cook - carrots, potatoes, celery, green beans, peas, etc. (You can put anything in you want)
- If you need more beef flavor you can add beef flavored Better Than Bouillon a little at a time until it tastes good
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Thicken with either cornstarch and water, flour, or instant mashed potatoes.
