Double Batch

• 2 cups pasta (let dry if you prefer by not necessary)
• In a large microwaveable bowl add:
  • three 8 ounce packages of shredded Sharp cheese
  • a quarter to a half cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • quarter teaspoon each of salt and pepper
  • enough milk to cover cheese
• microwave bowl contents for about 10 minutes
• add more milk if needed. You don’t want it too soupy but want it moist
• taste test contents to make sure nothing else is needed
• mix in pasta
• bake uncovered on 350 degrees for an hour
• once baking is almost done add crumple crushed crackers on top if you want
