Double Batch
- 2 cups pasta (let dry if you prefer by not necessary)
- In a large microwaveable bowl add:
- three 8 ounce packages of shredded Sharp cheese
- a quarter to a half cup of Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 3 tablespoons butter
- quarter teaspoon each of salt and pepper
- enough milk to cover cheese
- microwave bowl contents for about 10 minutes
- add more milk if needed. You don’t want it too soupy but want it moist
- taste test contents to make sure nothing else is needed
- mix in pasta
- bake uncovered on 350 degrees for an hour
- once baking is almost done add crumple crushed crackers on top if you want
