- 2 cups (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 3/4 cup (3 oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions thinly sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine Ricotta cheese and sour cream in food processor, blender or electric mixer; Process until smooth.
- Stir in spinach, Parmesan cheese and green onions; set aside.
- Bake in preheated 350°F oven 60 minutes or until heated through.
