STEP ONE: MIX IN A BOWL
- spices: salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, basil
- 2 large containers riccata cheese
- 1 small container cottage cheese

STEP TWO: COOK NEEDED INGREDIENTS
- cook pasta
- Sauté vegetables. Leave a little crunchy as they will be in the oven an hour after. But you want to make sure they will be tender enough to enjoy eating.

STEP THREE: COMBINE INGREDIENTS
- mix together bowl ingredients and vegetables
- add alfredo or primavera sauce to the bottom of the pan so the pasta doesn't stick (preferably primavera)
- if baking stuffed shells put sauce on top
- if baking lasagna put some sauce on each layer
- stuff the shells or layer lasagna noodles
- bake on 350 for an hour
