recipes (Zucchini Bread)

1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
2 cups grated zucchini with juice and skins
1/2 cup nuts and/or chocolate morsels (optional)
Bake for 50-60 minutes on 350 degrees
Let it cool before removing from pan
