- build forts from sheets to curl up and read in on rainy nights
- stock my bookshelves with battered classics
- pull all-nighters crafting, reading, writing, baking, or watching movie marathons
- save change in a jar to spend at vintage shops and flea markets
- dress up pretty and sit down to a private afternoon tea of egg salad sandwiches, quiche, tea cakes, and mint tea served on mismatched antique china
- classical music wafting in the air
- write private letters to people I wish I'd talked to, confronted, or confessed feelings to
- create zines
- practice neat (cursive!) penmanship
- light candles, turn off the lights, pull the curtains, cozy up in bed
- press flowers in a journal
- strum on my dad`s guitar and hum little tunes I create
- watch every Alfred Hitchcock film, or dedicate an evening to a marathon of films featuring a particular Old Hollywood star
- style my hair in various Twentieth-Century era do's
- attempt to create a crossword puzzle
- start a vinyl collection
- sit on benches and people-watch; jot down interesting observations

- shop for antique brooches and lockets
