- Study harder for tests, and spend more time on homework.
- Start exercising every day, whether it be:
- Jogging
- Taking walks
- Strength/cardio workouts
- Practice flute at least an hour each week (more if possible)
- Be more outgoing and carefree
- Make friends with someone new
- Ace a math test
- Get a 1 (superior rating) at my last Solo & Ensemble in class A
- Eat breakfast every morning
- Drink lots of water
- Eat more fruits and veggies
- Smile more
- Get 8 hours of sleep at least sometimes during the week
