GENERAL:

• Prices are subject to change according to nsfw content, additional characters, or any other additional work, as detailed in the commission information.
• Please make sure I have all the references/details/etc before I begin work. Edits that need to be made too late in the commission may incur fees.
• To ensure best results, please make sure the references are accurate and up to date.
• Works in progress will be sent at every stage of the work via e-mail, unless agreed otherwise.
• The artist works full-time, so commissions may take up to one month after payment to complete.
• If there are any unexpected delays, the artist will update via social media (Twitter, Instagram, etc), unless agreed otherwise.

RIGHTS & PERMISSIONS:

• The artist retains full rights to the artwork, unless arranged for you to pay additional fees for use in a public domain.
• The artist reserves the rights to display any commissioned images in galleries and portfolios, and post on social media. You may request delayed upload of art in the case of gifts or other time-sensitive art.
• You may remain anonymous if desired.
• You are granted limited rights for personal use, including
  • using the image an icon
  • using the image as a wallpaper
  • using the image in a forum signature, etc
• Any art uploaded to personal websites/galleries/social media must have a clear artist's signature/watermark and be of a low resolution. Linking back to the artist's social media is also preferred, but not required.
• You may NOT edit, sell prints, make merchandise with the intent to sell, redistribute without permission, claim credit, or use for advertising (flyers, posters, etc) profit or non-profit.
• Commercial usage fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. Please e-mail me for more information.
• Any rejected sketches/drafts/etc may be recycled and used for later pieces.
• The artist will not reprint or sell merchandise of your OCs without your written permission.

PAYMENT:

• Commissions under $100 must be paid in full before work will be completed past the sketch stage.
• Commissions over $100 must be paid in full before it will be completed past the line stage.
• I accept payment through paypal, or my $cashtag.
• If using paypal, please wait for me to send an invoice.
• Commission invoices must be paid in full before it will be completed past the sketch stage, unless it is a sketch. Payment for sketches is required upfront.
• If payment is not sent by the time agreed upon, I will reserve your spot in the queue for 7 days so the artist may begin work on other projects. After that, the placeholder will expire and the process will begin again.

REFUNDS:

• The artist reserves the right to refund and/or cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or as necessary.
• Commissions canceled before sketch/layout stage will receive full refund.
• Commissions canceled during sketch/layout stage will receive 50% refund.
• Commissions canceled after sketch/layout stage will receive a proportionate amount to the work completed, by the artist's discretion.
• If the artist does not receive communication back from a client for over a year, their commission and funds are forfeited and no commission will be delivered.
  • contact will be attempted at least 3 times throughout this period.

ALTERATION POLICY:

• Any alterations after the lineart stage will incur fees under the artist's discretion.

The client must read, understand, and agree with the terms of service listed above. By sending payment, the client is acknowledging the terms.
