  • Mix brown rice with raisins and cashews and season with turmeric, cumin and coriander.

Turmeric is a great spice to complement recipes that feature lentils. Give salad dressings an orange-yellow hue by adding some turmeric powder to them. For an especially delicious way to add more turmeric to your healthy way of eating, cut cauliflower florets in half and healthy sauté with a generous spoonful of turmeric for 5 minutes. • Day 2 #byghandstands101 ➡️split leg jump⬅️ This is a great way to learn how to have #bandha ! This was how I finally was able to hold a handstand (mrs @fitqueenirene taught me this trick). Your GOAL is not to hold the handstand but rather bring the bottom leg as close to your torso as possible in a split. You probably won't be able to hold your handstand very long but you will understand how to tilt your hips and engage bandha. Beginners have a wall behind you to help with fear but do not touch it! Do as many as you can - ask for help in the comment line as I will try and look at your videos.
