• This class blends physical strength-building postures, breathwork, and relaxation, providing tweens with a special place to explore these physical and emotional shifts within themselves. This class will help tweens enter into the teen years with a healthy attitude towards themselves, self-awareness, confidence, and a strong sense of community, while also forming friendships and hopefully laughing a lot!
  • Teen Power Hour- This class is designed for teens ages 12 and older who want to laugh, move, and express themselves in a creative, fun and healthy way. Music is a mix of pop, classic rock and traditional yoga music. Movement and posture instruction will flow with the creative energy of the group. In addition, students will learn relaxation and meditation techniques for stress management.
