  • 1 min full plank
  • 30 sec elbow plank
  • 30 sec raised leg plank on each side
  • 30 sec side plank each side
  • 30 sec full plank
  • 1 min elbow plank
  • regular crunches : 2 sets / 10 reps
  • leg lift : 15 reps, alternate
  • reg / bodyweight squats : 3 sets / 10 reps
  • donkey kicks : 3 sets / 10 reps
  • abductor knee raise : 3 sets / 10 reps
  • jump squat : 3 sets / 10 reps

extras : iunno jog for like 30 mins or smth
