once a week bc im weak :
- 1 min full plank
- 30 sec elbow plank
- 30 sec raised leg plank on each side
- 30 sec side plank each side
- 30 sec full plank
- 1 min elbow plank
- regular crunches : 2 sets / 10 reps
- leg lift : 15 reps, alternate
- reg / bodyweight squats : 3 sets / 10 reps
- donkey kicks : 3 sets / 10 reps
- abductor knee raise : 3 sets / 10 reps
- jump squat : 3 sets / 10 reps
extras : iunno jog for like 30 mins or smth
