• an unnecessarily long goodbye in the rain, several kisses and tears, holding on to every fragment and memory of him
• flying to NY, trying to remain optimistic, taking pictures of the trees for Tyler
• writing 2300 words in a few hours, reaching a state of flow
• going to the outlets with Heather, buying a ton of stuff at Express and Victoria's Secret

• standing around on Cedar Beach, seeing a weird orange light, watching it disappear, looking at the sparse stars and across the water at Connecticut, feeling inspired
