- going to the Gulfstream Track and the Paladar rum bar nearby, drinking a "Paladar Libre" (Kraken Black Spiced Rum, Licor 43, Bacardi Coconut Rum, fresh lime juice, Coke, served on the rocks)
- Bob winning enough betting to pay for our trip and bring home some extra cash
- him letting me hold his hand on the car ride back, being happy and sleepy
- sleeping in, going home to cook kung pao chicken for my dad
- confirming on Bob's birthday that I am in fact getting a fucking house
- going to BJ's and buying a ton of food with Bob, eating like kings
- my life is basically all work lately oh god why
- making important decisions about school and work and where to live and junk
- watching Adventure Time while doing laundry (two of my favorite mindless activities)
- taking a sick day to explore the college campus and get things done for registration, taking a long walk in the sun
- making a plan, taking some sick days before quitting, using them to study
- rocking back and forth in bed, thinking of Chris and all the wonders of the world, contemplating a trip to Montreal, wondering how I can truly let this go after six years
- cleaning up my old car and my new car in the yard, changing the floor mats and remembering all the good times I had in my old car
- locking myself in my room to edit my novel and give my first listen to Gazpacho's new album "Demon"
- I lost it down a rabbit hole / and it's me you have been looking for
- reading Anna Karenina in bed
- sitting outside on the roof alone at lunch, writing in my notebook and planning the future
