- attitude of gratitude
- dedicate time to hobbies, preferably one singular one at a time (yes, YOU, hyper fixation)
- do not let the tragedy of the world make you harsh; stay soft and loving despite it all
- do your best to stay interested in the things and people you love despite, you know, the brain
- don't mask who you are; be authentic and be confident about it
- don't sweat the small stuff
- exercise
- forgive yourself in order to move on, but do not forget
- healthy mind; healthy body
- be honest my myself. continue to work on my self-awareness and when i'm holding myself back.
- i always have myself. i have to be kind to her and treat her well.
- if I cannot change an outcome, let it be. don't overthink it
- if I need space, communicate it and give myself that. it's healthy!
- life can be difficult but i can push through and persevere. don't give up.
- no to negativity - gossip, badmouthing, putting others down
- plentiful sleep in order to function properly
- read more books
- show love, acceptance and kindness
- take naps!!! or just rest if my body tells me I need it!!!
- trust my gut. but use discretion.
