- Acceptance towards everything that happens. (It could all just be a learning experience or a lesson)
- Becoming a better listener and being more attentive
- Being kind, even if you feel people forget to be kind to you. (They may need it the most)
- Breathing in fresh air
- Continuing to seek adventure and positive growth
- Eating breakfast and making healthier nutrition choices
- Enjoying and being open to learning new things
- Experiencing new things/places as often as they arise
- Learning to let things go if the situation is out of my own control; we cannot change people or things, only our reaction to the situation.
- Not expecting anything to happen that I know will not
- Realizing that I am worth it - that I am good enough, and beautiful enough.
- Remaining open-minded. Assuming/judging less.
- Remembering rejection is redirection. What doesn't work out for us is making room for something that will!
- Reminding myself that all emotions will pass, even the ones that feel heavy. It is all temporary!
- Smiling. Taking myself less seriously despite how I feel some days
- Taking small steps to reduce my carbon footprint
- switching from bottles to soap bars, plastic to re-usable containers
