  • made a conscious effort to eat a healthy lunch
  • spent a lot of time with other people
  • got a few administrative things I needed to do out of the way
  • enjoyed the sunshine
  • did some yoga after dinner
  • I am grateful for the return of spring, for my loving happy relationship, for friends who will talk through work problems with me.
  • Tomorrow I am looking forward to getting some more work done, creating a homework schedule for the next two weeks, and to having a relaxing morning at home.
