Resolution: Get better, baby steps ₊✩‧₊˚౨ৎ˚₊✩‧₊

  • Take care of myself
    • Drink more water
    • Remember to eat
      • Meal prep
      • No more snacks and energy drinks as a meal. REAL meals!!
    • Take meds
    • Walk a little bit everyday
    • No excessive amounts of alcohol(an occasional glass of wine is fine), vaping (at all), or negative self talk (Catch yourself doing it and redirect on what the actual problem is)
  • Give myself space
    • No phone an hour before bed
    • Unplug day once a month
    • Journal when I need to
    • No more bottling emotions, but no drowning in them either. Feel them and let them go
  • Have a meatless day once a week/when I can
  • Manage my time (And remind myself that the only person I harm by not doing so is myself)
    • Get back to people within a day of texting/messaging me
    • Set my alarms
    • Use my calendars and planner
  • Let myself be creative
    • But follow through with projects!! No quitting if it gets too hard!!
  • Driver's license (Scared or not!! This is the year!!)
