• Ingredients:
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 140g icing sugar (1 & 1/10 cup)
  • 250g butter (1 & 1/10 cup)
  • 375g plain flour (3 cups)
  • Extra icing sugar to decorate

- *Bake at 190C (375F) until just turning golden on the edges (roughly 5-10 minutes)
