I need to make a packing list, which I suppose is forthcoming if/when I get my contract, but this is all the little things I know I just have to do before I leave.

• save a BAJILLION DOLLARS, or something close
• sell my car
• get a haircut RIGHT BEFORE I GO
• get a back-up pair of glasses
• EXTREME clothes shopping
  • shorts
  • nice black pants or dress pants
  • jeans
  • dress shirts (three-ish)
  • MOAR CARDIGANS!
  • comfortable cotton tees - crew-neck, v-neck, scoop-neck, what have you
  • tanks and undershirts (just a few that fit well and are a little longer)
  • insoles so I can keep my Keds that kill my feet
  • dress flats that are actually comfortable
  • moccasins or boat shoes or some sporty slip-on deal
  • TIGHTS, oh my god
  • KNEE SOCKS, oh my god
• buy more clearfiles, just a few
• get my "send to me in a month" box all set up
• collect dry-food goods that I'll want to have with me and that will just be too damn hard to find otherwise
