- taking vitamins and flax seed oil every day
- drinking a lot of water everyday
- not eating meat very often
- having salads for a main meal once a day
- making sure I have plenty of vegetables, a good variety each meal
- trying out different recipes
- using herbs and spices in new ways
- having porridge for breakfast
- having take away/fast food only once a month
