Physical Health:

  • drink more water (at least one glass a day)
  • BRUSH YOUR GODDAMN TEETH EVERY DAY
  • eat at least one vegetable per day
  • moisturize your face every day!
  • wash your face every night
  • use your nightguard! every! night!
  • get wisdom teeth taken out
  • start going to Titan Gym's monthly free self-defense classes

Mental Health:

  • meditate at least 2x/week
  • find a therapist!! for real!!!
    • find ways to manage anxiety
    • maybe actually talk about past trauma???
  • UNPLUG FROM THE INTERNET ONE HOUR BEFORE BED
  • Play D&D once a week
  • PRACTICE SELF-CARE
    • bubble baths with lush products!
    • paint d&d miniatures!
    • relearn origami!
    • work on cosplays
    • start a compliments file to read when feeling sad?
    • start saving up for tattoos?

Finances:

  • record finances every month in Excel file like Mom showed me
    • OR: use Mint or Quicken
  • put at least $50 against credit card debt with each paycheck
  • buy bread, lunchmeat, & sliced cheese when on sale; split up into quarters (or smaller) and freeze in ziploc bags
  • start saving up for a new laptop
    • Dell has a big sale in June!

Career:

  • ask JP about auditioning for Eclipse Theatre
  • ask JP/Stephanie Heller/Leigh Barrett, etc. for advice
    • i.e. what to do if you don't have a reel
  • take classes at Chicago Actor's Studio?

Misc.:

  • back up laptop at least once a month!
  • start listening to podcasts on the way to/from work
  • read at least one book per month
  • keep up with Duolingo (at least 2x/week)
  • commission art of my D&D OCs
