Physical Health:

  • get eye exam & new glasses
  • start drinking more water!
    • at least 3x Cambelbak per day
  • schedule appt. to get an IUD
  • BRUSH YOUR GODDAMN TEETH EVERY DAY
  • schedule dental exam
  • get wisdom teeth taken out?
  • eat at least one vegetable per day
  • moisturize your face every day!!
  • get list of physical therapy exercises from vital rehab
    • DO THEM EVERY! DAY!
  • start going to Titan Gym's monthly free self-defense classes

Mental Health:

  • start doing headspace meditations again
  • find a therapist, for real
    • find ways to manage anxiety
    • maybe actually talk about past trauma
  • UNPLUG FROM THE INTERNET ONE HOUR BEFORE BED
  • start a bullet journal
  • keep up with duolingo (at least with french & danish)
  • PRACTICE SELF-CARE
    • bubble baths with lush products!
    • paint d&d miniatures!
    • relearn origami!
    • work on cosplays
    • start a compliments file to read when feeling sad
    • start saving up for tattoos?
    • look into aromatherapy/essential oils
