Ever since he was little Taehyung has been in love with the ocean. Confined within the castle walls and forbidden to play with the children outside, the only thing he can do is look at the beautiful blue sea outside his bedroom window and play with his little brother Jungkook.

One day a boy with a fishtail ends up inside the castle and with that Taehyung finds his first friend.

One day Taehyung escapes the castle walls and jumps in the ocean, longing for freedom. Instead he finds a pair of eyes he might love even more than deep blue color of the sea.

When he's old enough, Taehyung is meant to rule beside his parents so he can learn in preparation of his coronation. Taehyung, however, has a lot of ideas for his country that aren't all too well received.
