SKIN ROUTINE:

Daily Face/Chest:

a.m.

  • clean & clear advantage face wash
  • thayer's rose water as toner
  • clean & clear moisturizer
  • tizo3 sunscreen

p.m.

  • clean & clear advantage face wash
  • thayer's rose water as toner
  • clean & clear moisturizer
  • acne spot treatment (proactiv sulfur 2x week for dry areas, 4x for oily areas, use other spot treatments sparingly)

Face/Chest Other:

  • aztec amazonian clay mask (1x week): after cleansing skin, mix with apple cider vinegar and apply thick layer to face and chest. wash off when it begins to dry and hasn't completely cracked. follow with toner, moisturizer, and spot treatment as needed.

Body:

  • baby oil (2x week): apply to body after shower. avoid chest and back. use to reduce stretch marks on hips and butt. avoid vag if razor burn is occurring
  • coconut oil (1x week): apply to body after second shower (that rinses coconut oil from hair). avoid chest and back. use to reduce stretch marks on hips and butt
  • lush body scrub (2x): use on the same shower days you use baby oil. apply to body in shower, scrubbing everywhere

HAIR ROUTINE:

  • coconut oil hair mask (1x week): after shower, heat up in hands, massage into lower half and ends of damp hair, put on hair cap. leave in for three hours. (probably do this on friday or sunday after a post-gym shower). wash off in shower with warm water.
  • daily shower (7x week): blast with cold water after washing out conditioner and right before stepping out of shower.

HANDS ROUTINE:

  • might as well just rub the residual coconut oil on your nails

LIP ROUTINE:

  • lush lip scrub (2x week): do after brushing teeth at night, during the p.m. face routine

EYE ROUTINE:

  • cereve eye cream (7x week): after cleansing face at night

FOOT ROUTINE:

TEETH:

  • crest whitening strips once every month
