2010: you can see the charts on my old lastfm @ladycahx3 (yeah, i was obsessed with lady gaga, so this is a spoiler for who might be number one, i guess :) ), this year was crazy, I remember being in a relationship with my first boyfriend... it was a constant rollercoaster of feelings, anyway! top artists: ➊ lady gaga (=): this was the year i noticed that i really love this woman and her precious work "the fame monster" is probably my favorite album till this day and "dance in the dark" is just phenomenal! ➋ __mcfly__(=): i remember listening to mcfly with my first boyfriend and till this day there's certain songs i avoid to listen because it gives me some memories i'd rather forget, but really "radio:active" is one of my favorite albums ever! ➌ the pretty reckless (new): well, first of all when i was a teen i really disliked rock music the main reason i started to listen to the pretty reckless was taylor being part of "gossip girl" cast (i would hate that series norwadays) but as a teenager i used to watch all of the corny tv shows and i'm glad i checked them out, i really love their first album, ballads like "nothing left to lose", "you" and songs like "just tonight" made my 10 better! ➍ christina aguilera (new): the year of our legendary and underrated bionic, shame on you gays for letting this masterpiece flop and again, one of my favorite albums ever! still my top 5 on charts till this day. ➎ taylor swift (new): fearless and speak now are truly masterpieces, i love country taylor so much i have no words for "haunted" and "enchanted" 2 of my favorite songs from her. ➏ koda kumi (-2): yeah queen kumi is one of the best performers in japan and i remember watching every single tour of hers back in 10, also during that year the released "pop diva" and it reminded me so much of lady gaga, still waiting a featuring from them ➐ snsd (-1): i remember falling in love with yoona during "oh", during that year i started to stan kpop. ➑ sky ferreira (=): so yeah this year was meant for sky ferreira to blow up, cry baby would be one of the best pop albums (if she released it) and i'm a bitter sky ferreira eletro stan so i'd rather not say much ➒ lolene (=): talking about underrated artists, lolene released her debut album "the electrick hotel" during 10, it leaked before the official releasing so it affected the whole era, lolene's work is just phenomenal and 10 years later i'm still waiting for a comeback, she's so precious ➓ uffie (=): the reason i know sky ferreira till this day is because she was part of uffie's pop the glock video, i really loved uffie back in the day man, she had the perfect electro pop bops, "first love" was my break up song with my first boyfriend, i cried my ass off listening to that song idk why but now this sounds so funny to me omfg
