  • trivialize things so they don't seem the worst things ever

  • let out repressed emotions by yelling into a pillow, ripping paper, breaking pencils or something like that
  • after a bad event, breathe and relax muscles
  • do yoga, meditation
  • decide to be courageous because nothings gets done without that decision
  • start the day with positive thoughts and don't start feeling sorry for myself first thing in the morning
  • listen to happy, cheery music
  • dance
  • try to accept all the good and bad parts of me
  • take a correct posture while sitting in class
  • don't look in the mirror
  • keep moving
  • laugh out loud
  • think about happy, funny things to distract mind
  • go outside every single day, even when feeling less confident, lazy, sick, ugly, whatever
