- breathe and count to ten
- try to think positive
- recognize that at a certain moment I'm doing ok
- analyze my feelings and thoughts
- lean on friends to feel "safe" and calmer
- expose myself to my fears so they become smaller
- trivialize things so they don't seem the worst things ever

- let out repressed emotions by yelling into a pillow, ripping paper, breaking pencils or something like that
- after a bad event, breathe and relax muscles
- do yoga, meditation
- decide to be courageous because nothings gets done without that decision
- start the day with positive thoughts and don't start feeling sorry for myself first thing in the morning
- listen to happy, cheery music
- dance
- try to accept all the good and bad parts of me
- take a correct posture while sitting in class
- don't look in the mirror
- keep moving
- laugh out loud
- think about happy, funny things to distract mind
- go outside every single day, even when feeling less confident, lazy, sick, ugly, whatever
