- Blink (feb/mar 12) [interesting, but mostly because it was only anecdotes. hard to tell his real thesis]
- Think! (mar 12) [only read half so far, but I liked what I read!! makes really good points] Finished! (may 12) I liked pretty much all of it except when the author ragged on video games- it dated him.
- Catalyst (Laurie Halse Anderson) (may-junish 12) kind of disappointed by the latter half of this book
- Twisted (Laurie Halse Anderson) (june '12) Really liked this book!
- Prom (Laurie Halse Anderson) (june '12) eh this one was so-so. I wish there was more plot/substance with the boyfriend, he was mostly absent.
- Wintergirls (Laurie Halse Anderson) (june-july '12) okay definitely time for a new author. Speak was definitely her best book, she should've just done that, and maybe Twisted. This book was okay, it started out kind of boring though and only got interesting later on.
- Bossypants (Tina Fey) (summer '12) Pretty funny!
