- Had swim lessons for about 10 years growing up
- Studied English for around 18 years of my life
- That subject was always the one I had the best grades, except on my last year of high school where I got a 20 in my senior project
- I wanted to be a fashion designer for the longest time when I was younger, was always drawing and I still collect fashion books
- Growing up, we always had canaries till 2015. Some died, some ran away. I never really liked birds but I cried a lot when my last one died.
- My first pet I really wanted was my cat. She died exactly two weeks after our last canary. She was poisoned the day I went to visit my sister who was studying in Sicily, Italy and had to be put down the next day. It was a really hard for us, since we weren’t at home.
- I had very severe acne when I was 10-12, so bad once at school someone asked if what I had was contagious and that I should go home. Started going to the dermatologist when I was 8.
- Was one of the tallest people in my class at primary school.
- I used to eat bread, cakes, pastries small piece by small piece. A school friend has a group picture of her sister where I’m eating lunch piece by piece in the background. I still do that sometimes, but the pieces aren’t tiny like when I was a kid.
- I had a babysitter who was very abusive, to the point where I got home one day and my butt was all red, that’s when my parents found out and took me out of there.
- I have a LOT of VHS tapes of my family. I also have a LOT of photo albums.
- I passed my theoretical driving exam with 100%, but when I had my driving exam, I almost failed in the first 5 minutes.
- Had a blog in high school that had 83k views, I was really proud of it.
- The only game I used to play was The Sims, sometimes whole days. The PC was password protected and my dad would turn it on in the morning and me and my sister would play till they came home from work.
- I have never been in love and never dated anyone.
- I had braces for like 4 or 5 years. For the last year and a half I kept asking when will I take them off, but the dentist kept saying not yet.
- After taking them out, I had to get “cosmetic surgery” with the other dentist there because my front tooth was yellow and we had to fix it.
- I used to write a lot of short stories in high school.
- I started three books.
- In high school I spent some time in appointments because of my knee. It started to hurt when I ran in P.E. Parents were worried I would need surgery but suddenly I didn’t have any more pain.
- My favorite foods are sushi and pasta.
- I love spicy food.
- I have a lot of notebooks, always carry one with me. They have lists, diary entries, things my friends wrote, school notes, etc.
- Once a lady that was renting us a summer apartment put her hand on my belly and said something like “Oh good news! When?” I was around 12.
- Always carry music with me. In high school I used to take my Discman, then upgraded it to an mp3, iPod shuffle 2nd generation, iPod shuffle 3rd generation and now my phone.
