- let love in.
- always be overdressed no matter what the occasion.
- avoid mirrors on your less favourable days.
- be kinder to your body; it doesn't have to be a war zone.
- be kinder to yourself when you do look in the mirror.
- don't feel guilty for being too ill to do what you want right now.
- don't isolate yourself when unable to articulate your feelings.
- never skip an important part of your morning/evening skincare.
- remember to recycle your plastic water bottles.
- sing out loud even when people are home. allow yourself that.
- smile more; stop worrying about how your smile contorts your face.
- steer away from lying in bed during the day.
- stop being afraid of the questions people may or may not ask you.
- take shorter naps or take none at all.
- try going to sleep before midnight at least once a week.
- try to avoid spending money impulsively.
- try to go for long walks in the woods at least twice a week.
- write in your dream journal every morning.
- write more. you miss it and sometimes what you say holds significance.
- your mental illnesses are valid despite how people trivialise them.
