I genuinely don't know what they want to hear from me when they ask the following.

(Strongly) Agree or (Strongly) Disagree Questions:

• I tend to avoid getting involved with people's problems.
  • I do avoid that. But do I put agree or will I come off as a bad employee? Do they mean people's problems like complaints? Or gossip? GAH!
• I trust people.
  • Should I trust people to show I'm friendly? Or should I show I'm always observant + alert and not "trust" someone when they tell me they weren't stealing?
• I like to take my time on projects.
  • So do I like to take my times perfecting the job or doing a quick, good but not so PERFECT job? Blah!
