• I get into really depressed/anxious moods sometimes, and that's why I go vent on my acc @_dearloser. After I take it all off of my chest, I am a-ok, so no need to worry, I will never really harm myself or try to kill myself, I never really go completely bonkers, unless a tragedy happens, and those, thankfully don't happen often.
• I have had two mental breakdowns, and honestly, I'm trying to avoid A 3rd one at all costs.
• Never ever harmed myself, but I did have suicidal thoughts, I've been clean for a year now thankfully.
• I don't really have "Triggers" but I get sad when my friends are sad, and when they're depressed I'm depressed. It's kind of contagious.
