    • 72% dark chocolate mousse
      • notes: michelin plates awarded for good reason. simple ingredients, well-prepared. my salmon dish was basically, really just 3 ingredients (as most dishes on the menu were), but it was cooked to perfection. the herring on the salad was savoury and fresh; the ballotine was very festive and hearty; the chocolate mousse is real mousse!!! i was just really excited with everything i ate here, and would definitely return.
