- autistic, has anxiety, adhd, ptsd, and depression
- his special interests are math, ferris wheels and pokemon, he also REALLY loves science and rocks
- he understands things better if he can use math/mathematical terminology to process them, and often finds it easier to explain his own thoughts/feelings in the same way
- he will have to be invited to infodump about any of these, due to people getting bored/upset with him for talking too much about them in his attempts to make friends, and if you invite him to speak but then tell him to stop, hell be pretty sad about it
- likes tactile stimming the best, has trouble with textures when it comes to actually putting things in his mouth so hes a bit picky about chew stimming but he still does it
- tactile stims with his void cube, both of his bracelets (the one on his right arm is a spinner bracelet), and by petting pokemon. he also chew stims on his void cube/necklace/the bracelets on his left arm, and owns a couple of chewy stim toys that were implied to have been obtained illegally but look he didnt do the stealing and he didnt actually ASK for them, so,
- its rare but sometimes he has some fun with echolalia, specifically with pokemon names (goomy is one of his favourites for this)
- frequently asks questions to affirm that you are not going to hurt/manipulate him, especially if youre offering him a place to stay
- he knows hes autistic, probably doesnt have a diagnosis for the rest
- is always a little bit nervous meeting hilberts/hildas; he missed them VERY badly but is paranoid that the reason why they didnt meet for so long was because they were avoiding him and resented him. he may have to ask for reassurance before hell stop feeling nervous, but even with underlying paranoia he will still consider them his closest friend.
- has recieved VERY few hugs given by humans in his lifetime, appreciates being given any kind of affection from other people (provided he trusts/likes you), especially if he considers you a parental figure
- rarely gets angry + avoids violence when he can but there are in fact things that can really piss him off
- absolutely despises ghetsis, and under no circumstance is he going to forgive him
- fiercely protective of children, ESPECIALLY if they have/had terrible parents. doesnt take kindly to shitty parents.
- if he ever befriended a lillie, hed adopt her and vow to shove lusamine off a fucking cliff
- he has absolutely no tolerance for anyone who mistreats/abuses pokemon and if he sees someone doing that near him he will be absolutely furious
- more self-aware than you might expect, which is the source of a few of his self esteem/confidence issues. he usually knows when hes being weird or confusing but either doesnt know the "correct" way to behave or knows how but cant for whatever reason.
- references things in his past occasionally, but will only actually tell you the full deal if he trusts you
- calling him a "freak" and/or implying hes barely human is guaranteed to hurt him, and will cause him to start distancing himself from you/the conversation
- occasionally makes jokes about not being human and even if they come off as humorous theyre frequently secretly self-deprecating
- if youre just acknowledging that hes a little... strange, or that hes capable of doing things humans cant, hes fine with that and also fine with joking about it; its only when you say hes less than human that he will get upset
- its rare for him to specifically say whats bothering him, but its usually easy enough to guess based on the vague things he says/asks
- dissociates fairly often resulting in a small problem with short term memory loss. forgets where he is/why hes doing something, and though he usually does end up remembering on his own its faster if you remind him
- frequently has trouble forming his own opinion on things; he does have his own Very Strong Opinions which he sticks to but if theres a problem unrelated to those, he often ends up unsure of what to think
- was homeless and broke when he came to alola, due to no one actually ever instructing him on how to live by himself, and some bad money-spending decisions. he likes his new home and is glad to be free of team plasma and ghetsis, but still gets sad when he remembers his old room and all of his things were destroyed. is disappointed with himself for still holding emotional attachment to them.
- needs a whole lot of reassuring that he just Does Not Ask For Ever
