- neglecting sleep (dours)
- heavy drinking (you really don't need it)
- skipping meals (eat to keep the boobs)
- sugar (it's funky to have a shop of dopamine but drop that kitkat)
- messy room (marie kondo your appartment)
- always saying yes (say no, leave us alone)
- negative people (take out the trash)
- not drinking enough water (you need to hydrate to stay that bitch)
- not getting fresh air (touch some grass)
- spending too much time online (they're not even that interesting)
