  • neglecting sleep (dours)
  • heavy drinking (you really don't need it)
  • skipping meals (eat to keep the boobs)
  • sugar (it's funky to have a shop of dopamine but drop that kitkat)
  • messy room (marie kondo your appartment)
  • always saying yes (say no, leave us alone)
  • negative people (take out the trash)
  • not drinking enough water (you need to hydrate to stay that bitch)
  • not getting fresh air (touch some grass)
  • spending too much time online (they're not even that interesting)
