Assuming that my family and dogs are already safe of course.

• The hard drive upstairs (20,000+ family photos)
• Childhood photos (the ones not on the computer)
• Baby blanket, stuffed bear my sister made for me before I was born (sentimental reasons)
• My box of ~important stuff (contains old notes from friends, birthday cards, special things, etc etc)
• My Harry Potter books not gonna liiie
• Probably my phone and laptop :X

I can't think of anything else at the moment ahh. Side note: When I was young I packed a backpack with my ~prized possessions and some clothes because I was terrified a fire was going to burn down our house and I would be left with nothing. Yeahhh LOL.
