• I pair her with Ifrit and less commonly Ardyn; Ifrit, in the purest sense of canon love and adoration, and Ardyn in that she greatly pities him, and still believes he is deserving of compassion (and bomb ass sex, don't fucking look at me)
• Probably a Pisces.
• Definitely of the belief that Ardyn, pulling Verstael's strings, summoned Ifrit to Niflheim to kill or imprison him with new Astral-binding energy, but Shiva was just not having it and tried to save him, ending in her demise in Ghorovas Rift. Her slain position in the snow, reaching, is her last plea in that battle for Ifrit to flee; the damage to the Infernian was already done, however, courtesy of Ardyn and the Scourge. • If you're familiar with Tolkien's Silmarillion and Melkor/Morgoth/Sauron's history, you know what I mean when I say I think that the Astrals cannot be killed, but the longer they spend on Eos fighting, being destroyed in corporeal form etc., the weaker or "smaller" they get. At the end of the canon game Shiva is clearly still alive despite being slain on Eos, but her astral energy continues to diminish, which is why her body is so tiny when she frees Ifrit in the end. After said battle, once the sun comes up, she can still take her messenger form.
• Building on the above point, she isn't destroying or killing Ifrit at the Citadel. She's destroying his bonds and setting him free.
• Ardyn ONE HUNDRED PERCENT says "The face you wore the day you died" on that train before she freezes his ass. Shhh, thot.
• As Gentiana I usually see her as being as human as possible in day to day activities. Showers, shopping, eating... all that fun stuff.
• Secretly a party animal and owns a lot of lingerie.
• She sings often, and her voice sounds like Jonna Lee (of iamamiwhoami/ionalee, https://youtu.be/ihd9dKek2gc)
